How do I give my assistant tasks?
We set up a shared Trello board where you add tasks and follow their progress. If you would rather brief everything over WhatsApp or email, we adapt to that. When we need more context, we reach out via WhatsApp, email or text.
How are hours tracked?
Every task is timed in Clockify, to the minute. You can review your reports whenever you like and tell us if you prefer never to go over the hours in your plan.
What if I need more hours one month?
Additional hours are billed at €35 per hour, in half-hour blocks. Unused hours do not carry over, but your assistant can waive small overages when you have used fewer hours the month before.
What about urgent tasks?
If something needs immediate attention, we handle it subject to your assistant's availability, billed at 1.5 times the normal hourly rate.
