How do I assign tasks to my PA and manage my to-do list?
We’ll set up a shared Trello board for you to add your tasks. You can track their progress directly on this board. For additional context or if we require more information on a task, we’ll reach out via WhatsApp, email, or text. If you prefer using a different productivity tool, like exclusively briefing tasks through WhatsApp, we’re flexible to adapt to that.
How do I keep track of my used hours?
We use Clockify for detailed tracking of the time dedicated to each task. We encourage you to regularly review your reports and inform us if you prefer not to exceed the hours included in your subscription.
What happens if I exceed my allotted hours?
Any additional service hours beyond your plan will be billed at €35.00 per hour. For example, if you go over by 25 minutes, a half-hour charge (€17.50) will apply. However, your PA has the discretion to waive this charge under certain circumstances, like if you use fewer hours one month and slightly more the next.
What if I don't use all my hours in a month?
Please be aware that unused hours do not carry over to the next month, as our plans are not strictly based on hourly quotas. Our reports provide an estimated view of your usage. Activities like WhatsApp communication, which can be time-intensive, are not always itemized.
How are urgent tasks handled?
We strive for timely completion of all tasks but recognize the need for urgency in some cases. If a task requires immediate attention, subject to your PA’s availability, it will be billed at 1.5 times the normal hourly rate.
